Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please carefully review and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. No Refund Policy All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued once the service has been rendered. Virtual and in-person services are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other services or sessions. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to qualify for rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment. 3. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend the session without prior notice, the session will be marked as a no-show and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. 4. Payment Requirements Full payment or the required deposit must be made to confirm any booking. Proof of payment must be provided via email to rhyssential@gmail.com before the session is confirmed. 5. Rescheduling Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made within 7 days of the original booking. 6. Verification Requirements (In-Person Bookings Only) For security and age verification, new clients are required to upload a valid photo ID. Any sensitive information on the ID (e.g., address) can be blanked out. 7. Session Time Limits Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session duration without adjustment to the fee. 8. Client Conduct Any violation of boundaries will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund. 9. Changes to Policy Policies are subject to change at the discretion of the business owner. Clients will be notified of any updates before their next booking. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
